Dispatch

We ship all our orders within the Netherlands exclusively via DHL as letterbox-sized packages. Convenient, so you don't have to be home to receive your order.

• Shipping costs: €3.65 per order.
  
• Free shipping: for orders over €30, we cover the shipping costs.
  
• Fast delivery: orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
  
• We ship 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
  
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your package.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your MySample order. Not completely satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy

• Return costs are at your own expense.
  
• Return notifications must be made within 14 days of receipt via our Contact page .
  
• The product must be in its original, unopened condition. Opened or used samples cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  
• Always include the order number with your return.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Received a damaged product?

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the product damaged or did we make a mistake? Please contact us within 48 hours. We will, of course, resolve the issue for you.
